LIVE FREE. LOVE FREE. is a national movement-building campaign rooted in organizing, civic action, and the Black prophetic tradition of faith in public life. We are engaging nearly 300,000 people and organizing 1,000 congregations nationwide to defend democracy, defeat injustice, and build durable collective power so our communities can LIVE FREE.
This campaign is not symbolic.
LOVE FREE is love practiced as public action—organized, disciplined, and shared—so people can move from concern to participation, and from participation to leadership.
We are organizing alongside faith leaders, congregations, coalitions, community leaders, and organizers across the Midwest, South, East, and West. Together, we are building a visible, disciplined movement where people know how to act, where to plug in, and how to lead.
This is how collective power is built—not through one-time actions, but through relationships, shared responsibility, and sustained participation.

How We Build Power
The LOVE FREE campaign is built around repeatable actions that translate shared values into real, measurable power:

LOVE FREE Sunday Dinners bring people together to build trust, strengthen relationships, and move from conversation to collective action.
